All Customers of LegendsVIPNetwork basic services are subject to the terms and conditions contained in the User Agreement. The User Agreement is a legal contract between LegendVIPNetwork and the User that contains the rights, duties and obligations of LegendVIPNetwork and the User.

LegendVIPNetwork is not responsible for the loss of any Subscriber Content. Note: It is essential that Subscribers backup files offline, even if user purchases or has products, such as Site Backup and Restore.
LegendVIPNetwork.com Professional Products and Services are optional services we provide. Purchase of any of our products or services indicates that the customer has read and agrees to the terms and conditions specific to that service agreement in addition to all other terms and conditions specified in the Terms of Service.
We have a zero tolerance for spam sent out by any of the sites we host. Spam includes, but is not limited to, sending emails to people who have not opted in to your list, adding people to your list without their approval, or adding people back into your list who have chosen to opt out. Violation of this can result in suspension or cancellation of your account.
You are prohibited from using viruses (trojans, adware, etc) to market your site or capture page. Violation of this can result in suspension or cancellation of your account without a refund. You are not allowed to copy our graphics or designs to another site or use them outside of the software that we provided you with. You are not allowed to take any elements of the design or script and re-use them in any manner unless authorized by LegendVIPNetwork to do so.
If any provision of the Agreement, in its current form or as may be amended, is found to be invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, only the invalid portion(s) of the provision shall be severed and the remaining terms and provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The severed provision, or portion thereof, shall be reformed to reflect the purpose of the provision as closely as possible.
The Website never gives up its right to insist on compliance with the Agreement and with the applicable laws governing the conduct of a business. No failure of LegendVIPNetwork.com to exercise any right or power under the Agreement or to insist upon strict compliance with any obligation or provision of the Agreement, and no custom or practice of the parties at variance with the terms of the Agreement, shall constitute a waiver of LegendVIPNetwork.com right to demand exact compliance with the Agreement. Waiver by LegendVIPNetwork.com can be effectuated only in writing by an authorized officer of the Website. LegendVIPNetwork.com waiver of any particular breach shall not affect or impair LegendVIPNetwork.com rights with respect to any subsequent breach. Nor shall any delay or omission by LegendVIPNetwork.com to exercise any right arising from a breach affect or impair LegendVIPNetwork.com rights as to that or any subsequent breach. The existence of any claim or cause of action against LegendVIPNetwork.com shall not constitute a defense to LegendVIPNetwork.com enforcement of any term or provision of the Agreement.
LegendVIPNetwork.com shall not be responsible for delays or failures in performance of its obligations when performance is made commercially impracticable due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. This includes, without limitation, strikes, labor difficulties, riot, war, fire, and death, curtailment of a party's source of supply, or government decrees or orders.

You further acknowledge and agree that LegendVIPNetwork exercises no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the content of the information passing through LegendsVIPNetwork host computers, network hubs and points of presence or the Internet.
LegendVIPNetwork SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR NONPERFORMANCE OR DELAY IN PERFORMANCE CAUSED BY ANY REASON, WHETHER WITHIN OR OUTSIDE OF ITS CONTROL. IN NO EVENT WILL THE LegendVIPNetwork PARTIES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, OR ANY SUBSCRIBER CONTENT, SUBSCRIBER WEBSITE OR OTHER MATERIALS ACCESSED OR DOWNLOADED THROUGH THE SERVICES, EVEN IF LegendVIPNetwork IS AWARE OR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the LegendVIPNetwork Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, suits, actions, demands, proceedings (whether legal or administrative), and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney's fees) threatened, asserted, or filed by a third party against any of the LegendVIPNetwork Parties arising out of or relating to (i) your use of the Services, (ii) any breach or violation by you of this Agreement; or (iii) any of your acts or omissions, except to the extent any of the foregoing directly results from LegendsVIPNetwork own gross negligence or willful misconduct. The terms of this section shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
Hosting space is intended for use in accordance with LegendsVIPNetwork Acceptable Use Policy, and is limited to Web files, active e-mail and content of the hosted Subscriber Websites, not for storage (whether of media, e-mails, or other data). Hosting space further may not be used as offsite storage of electronic files, e-mail or FTP hosts. LegendVIPNetwork expressly reserves the right to review every user account for excessive usage of CPU, bandwidth, disk space and other resources that may be a result of your violation of this Agreement or the Acceptable Use Policy. LegendVIPNetwork may, in its sole discretion, terminate access to the Services, apply additional fees, or remove/delete Subscriber Content for those Subscriber accounts that are found to be in violation of LegendVIPNetwork policies. You hereby agree that LegendVIPNetwork shall have no liability due to any action that LegendVIPNetwork may take, including without limitation suspension or termination of Services in connection with your violation of this section.
By utilizing LegendsVIPNetwork Technical Support Services, you grant LegendVIPNetwork permission to access your account, if necessary, to resolve your issue. You agree that LegendVIPNetwork is not liable for any damage resulting from the provision of customer support.
You will pay to LegendVIPNetwork all fees for the Services set forth in the registration form presented to you at the time you order the Product or Services and for all fees for subsequent Renewal Periods at the time of renewal. All fees are non-refundable when paid except as otherwise provided herein.
By purchasing the recurring Services, you agree to allow LegendVIPNetwork to place your account on a recurring payment plan. The account will automatically be re-billed according to the term length of the Services you select. Unless you disable the automatic renewal option, we will automatically renew the Services and will take payment from the payment method we have on file. If you have a question concerning a charge you believe is incorrect, please contact us and we will investigate.
Subscriber must notify LegendVIPNetwork at least sixteen (16) business days prior to the Services renewal date to disable any automatic renewal option. Such notification may be by emailing support@LegendVIPNetwork.com
Upon termination of the Services for any reason, Subscriber Content, Subscriber Websites, and other data will be deleted. You should always maintain back-up copies of all Subscriber Content, Subscriber Websites, and other data. LegendVIPNetwork is not responsible for the loss of any Subscriber Content. It is essential that Subscribers backup files offline, even if user purchases or has products, such as Site Backup and Restore.
Since the LegendVIPNetwork.com products are digital in nature, there is a strict No-Refund Policy and when you make a purchase of such products, you waive your right to a 14-day cancellation period. If you proceed with a product purchase from this website, you are agreeing to this refund policy.
Since our products are digital in nature, subscriptions will naturally terminate at the end of the monthly cycle if not paid for when invoiced. There are no refunds for hosting fees.
Anyone who becomes a registered paid affiliate with Legends VIP Network between June 1st 2020 and August 31st 2020 is entitled to receive access to 90 Days Live entertainment with their paid membership. Any requests made for service outside of these registration dates will receive 30 Days of service. Affiliate registration date and time will be referred from Legends VIP Network database unix timestamp.
Summer Slam - effective for affiliates that join June 1st 2020 or after will qualify to receive 90 Days Live Entertainment. This promotion cannot be backdated to anyone that joined prior to June 1st 2020; 30 Days Live Entertainment therefore applies.
